In Romania native people seem not to know:
2. how get rid of the dust
3. how to deal with the snow in winter
4. when winter comes (you always hear: it took them by surprise)
5. how and where to park the car
6. where are the guns that disappeared from Ciorogarla
7. driving rules
8. you don't have to give extra money (bribe) to people for doing their job
9. how to build houses (there is dampness in all new buildings)
10. they are not the smartest nation in the world, au contraire...
11. lack of common sense will not make others think better of you

you forgot to mention that they don't know what "headphones" means, when going by bus
:)) ne lipseste multe, intradevar! :( ne lipseste bunul simt, responsabilitatea, gandirea deschisa, cei 7 ani de acasa. noi inca ne dorim sa moara si capra vecinului, stam pe la gard sa avem subiecte de barfa, si manelistii nu au aflat de cea mai geniala inventie: castile la telefon!
